「股市研究室」（Stock Study，以下稱「本應用程式」，包含網站 https://stock-study.duckdns.org 及其 Android App）是開發者個人用於記錄與回顧投資研究筆記的工具。本頁說明本應用程式如何處理你的資料。簡言之：本應用程式不收集、不儲存、也不分享任何個人資料。
一、我們不收集個人資料
本應用程式沒有帳號、不需註冊、不需登入，也不會要求或收集下列任何資訊：
- 姓名、電子郵件、電話、地址等身分或聯絡資料
- 位置資訊（GPS / 定位）
- 通訊錄、相片、檔案、簡訊或通話紀錄
- 用於廣告或追蹤的裝置識別碼
- 付款或金融帳戶資訊
本應用程式的內容為開發者自行撰寫的研究文章，屬單向閱讀；沒有任何讓使用者輸入、上傳或提交個人資料的功能。
二、裝置本機儲存
本應用程式為漸進式網頁應用程式（PWA），會透過瀏覽器的 Service Worker 將頁面與圖片快取在你的裝置本機，以便離線閱讀與加快載入。這些資料只存在你的裝置上、不會傳送到任何伺服器，你可隨時透過瀏覽器或系統設定清除。本應用程式不使用追蹤性 Cookie。
三、第三方服務
- 本應用程式使用開源函式庫
marked.js，透過公開 CDN（jsDelivr）載入以在瀏覽器端渲染文章。與任何網站請求相同，你的 IP 位址等標準連線資訊可能會被該 CDN 及網站主機在技術上接收，用於傳遞內容；本應用程式不會將其用於分析或追蹤。 - 本應用程式不含任何分析工具、廣告、行銷或追蹤 SDK，也不與資料仲介分享資料。
四、資料分享與販售
由於本應用程式不收集任何個人資料，因此沒有任何個人資料被分享、出售或轉讓給第三方。
五、兒童隱私
本應用程式並非以兒童為對象，且無論使用者年齡皆不收集任何個人資料。
六、資料安全
本應用程式透過 HTTPS 加密連線傳輸，確保內容在傳輸過程中的完整與安全。
七、政策變更
本政策若有更新，將直接公布於本頁並更新上方「生效日期」。

Stock Study (website https://stock-study.duckdns.org and its Android app) is a personal tool for recording and reviewing the developer's own investment research notes. It does not collect, store, or share any personal data. There is no account, sign-up, or login, and no feature to input or upload personal information. As a PWA, pages are cached locally on your device for offline reading and never sent to any server. The app loads the open-source marked.js library from a public CDN (jsDelivr); as with any web request, standard connection data such as your IP may be received by the CDN/host to deliver content, but it is never used for analytics or tracking.
